Terms and Conditions

All valid purchases must be made via email or by phone.  All purchases must be paid via Wire Transfer or Credit Card.  Credit card payments will be assessed a 4% credit card transaction fee.  

Any returns must be in accordance with manufacturer's respective return policy including any applicable restocking fees including freight costs.  

All listed member prices are absolutely confidential and cannot be shared or published elsewhere including any partner companies or other member organizations.  Prices cannot be discussed or disclosed with any respective manufacturer of our represented companies.  Our member prices have no affiliation with or sponsorship by any manufacturer.  These are at the sole discretion of BinderProGraphics.  Any person and/or company or personnel attempting to do so will result in a termination of your membership contract and you will be removed from our buying platform with no refunds.  

BinderProGraphics Team Member Pricing is not available to the general public and is not published as such.  BinderProGraphics does not sell supply items.

BinderProGraphics makes our Team pricing program available to our members based on our current costs from respective manufacturers we represent.  If any manufacturer makes any unforeseen or unannounced pricing or product changes BinderProGraphics is not held responsible.  We can only honor our pricing based on manufacturers costs.  Any changes in such will be passed onto all Team Members.  Any unannounced or unforeseen changes in pricing structure will supercede any listed prices.  

Any customer order cancellations or returns must be agreed upon prior to cancellation including any and all returns.  Any returns not in accordance with manufacturer specifications will not be accepted.  All original packaging must be kept as instructed and returned in original condition.  Returns without original packaging will be charged in accordance with manufacturers policies.  

Any "First Look Used Equipment" returns must be agreed upon with BinderProGraphics.  It is the sole responsibility of any buying Team Member/Customer to determine the suitability of any product purchased.  Any returns on the basis of a simple "change of mind" will incur a 25% restocking fee in addition to all shipping fees to and from the the destination.  BinderProGraphics is not responsible for the mishandlings of Freight Carriers.  All claims must be handled through the appropriate channels and timeframes given by carriers and their respective insurers.  Including refunds while claims are being processed.  All funds will remain in our possession until the Freight Carrier and their respective Insurer has determined liability.  If a Freight Carrier is held responsible then no refunds by BinderProGraphics will be initiated as we are not responsible.  The only exception is if BinderProGraphics is negligent in correct packaging procedures or failure to insure a shipment if agreed upon during sales negotiations.  It is also the customers responsibility to properly inspect all shipments upon reception including properly notating any damages, documentation and photography and/or video of damages as the machines are being unloaded or immediately upon reception.  When a customer signs for a received shipment they are releasing a Freight Carrier of any responsibility unless properly documented.  This is the customers (Team Members) responsibility.  Any negligence is due theirs.

Team Members desiring to purchase machinery not in our Member Pricing structure from other manufacturers may directly request to BinderProGraphics an offering of their choice.  BinderProGraphics will make every attempt to obtain a Member Price for any respective Team Member.  However we offer no commitment or guarantees that any pricing or product availability can be obtained.  We also cannot guarantee any specific manufacturer can be sold into a specified region where Manufacturers limit dealers by Territorial Sales channels or representation.  Most of our Direct products and manufacturers we represent are free and clear of territorial limitations but their may instances where this is not the case.

By joining the BinderProGraphics Team Members family you automatically acknowledge our terms and conditions and agree upon them as such.  We encourage you to check on our Terms and Conditions from time to time as they may change periodically without notice.
